About Company

Established in 2006, Farooqs Building Solutions delivered more than ninety projects in housing sector of Lahore in just twelve years. Almost eighty projects, ranging from 1 kanal houses to eight kanal villas, were delivered with complete grey and finishing, to the utmost satisfaction of clients and within committed time. Rest of the projects were delivered to Developers with grey structure only.
The company’s growth in such a limited time has been just possible because of the best level of services and fulfillment of commitments. Though our main specialization area is house construction and execution, we provide complete range of services to our clients. Our one window solution includes in-house architectural design or outsourcing it to the consulting architects, in-house drafting, and approval of submission drawings, grey structure construction, finishing services, completion certificate from concerned authorities, and maintenance services. We are among very few companies in Lahore who offer one year free maintenance after house delivery and life time general maintenance services.
